A home-based, owner operated franchise for individuals who relish in the opportunity to manage training.  Your mission is to provide organizations with much needed training.  We supply you with a database of trainers to do the job.

In traditional training, clients send delegates to an off-site training facility. The charge is approximately R 500 – R3,000 per delegate per day, depending of the nature of the course, for example:

Business Writing Skills Course is a one day course at a cost of R1600 per delegate on average. Therefore for 5 delegates the total cost to the client is R 8,000. In some cases lunch, travel, accommodation are charged as additional fees.

As an on-site provider franchisee, you charge a fixed daily rate (e.g. R2,500) and the client can accommodate as many learners as necessary, provide a significant cost saving to the client. As the franchisee you would source a contract trainer and ensure all administration is in place to facilitate the course at the client site. If you are well organised, have good people skills and are interested in people development, this is an opportunity for you.
