We have launched PISA Placements, a company that specialises in sourcing, screening and placing individuals in positions where honesty and integrity are paramount. We have a unique approach, and are willing to provide concessions absolutely free to qualifying individuals, especially from previous disadvantaged backgrounds. Concession holders will receive the necessary training to be successful entrepreneurs in their own right. Concession holders will share the net placement fee with PISA Placements. PISA Placements will also assist with marketing on a national basis.
Our focus is on providing high integrity staff members to businesses, while assisting with small enterprise development especially amongst previous disadvantaged groups. Furthermore our fees are highly competitive, making it attractive to prospective clients.

| In this day and age where the incidence of theft, fraud and corruption is prevalent in just about every business, appointing people with honesty and integrity is paramount. Normally, if you require any integrity assessments, you would have to pay extra for the service. PISA Placements will recruit the right person for the position, and do a complete integrity assessment without any extra cost to you! In fact, you will pay less as our placement fee is significantly lower than current market related fees.
Included in our placement fee are:
- Personal information verification in respect of Qualifications, Identity Number,
Criminal Record as well as Credit record
- Telephonic reference checks especially with previous employers
- Psychometric integrity assessment
- The compilation of a complete personal portfolio of the candidate for the employer
that will comprise of all relevant information of the candidate
- A pre employment polygraph examination on the successful candidate or a
polygraph examination six months after employment to confirm that the individual has not abused his or her position since appointment.
