Maxi’s is a trendy, quick-service sit-down family restaurant. Maxi’s offers an extended menu of great tasting food, which includes breakfast, light meals, burgers, grills, desserts and kids offerings. All products offered at Maxi’s are available on our take away menu.
Maxi’s has recently launched new imagery in the form of our new logo and new menus in April 2007. The menu has been split into breakfast, lunch and kiddies menu’s, in line with industry tends with consumers wants and needs at the core of its development. The menu appeals to a wide consumer base with the variety of meals on the menu and value for money offering.
Even more exciting is the launch of the new restaurant imagery and design. The design was inspired by taking the brand back to its core values. Warm, classical, inviting and unique colours and features form part of the new design. This new ‘Millennium Maxi’s’ will make Maxi’s highly recognizable in a highly competitive industry and set a trend in restaurant interior design The new store design will drive new growth opportunities in existing and future developments.
The brand’s positioning drives the site selection for the brand. Prerequisites include high traffic areas with an emphasis on morning, day time and early evening trade. The size of sites required is between +/_160 - 300 square meters and we look favourably on concession areas in malls
All new Franchisees and their staff undergo an intensive five week training program, comprising theoretical and practical training. Training covers all aspects of store management, including marketing, finance, POS, stock control and food cost, running of the store, hygiene & safety and menu break-down. On-going training is also facilitated by the Franchise Consultant and Training department who conduct monthly training programs.
Each store has a dedicated Franchise Consultant who is the main communication channel between the Franchisee and Franchisor. The relevant Franchise Consultant will visit each store on a regular, scheduled basis (minimum of one visit per month) where specified areas of the business will be assessed.
