Gilbert Estates has been a key player and pioneer in the real estate industry since 1972. Clive Gilbert, its founder pioneered the sectional title industry in the early 70’s, was a pioneer of the real estate franchise industry (1983) and introduced South Africa to the Mortgage Bond Industry (1988) He was a member of the Estate Agency Affairs Board for six years and chaired the Valuation.Appeal Board of Gauteng. Gilbert Estates has a network of over 50 Franchises throughout the RSA. They are expanding rapidly due to their low entry franchise fee (R25 000.00 plus VAT), their comprehensive sales training, business management and unique marketing skills. They provide over 600 standard working and training documents on a compact disc to all Franchises. They have one of the most reasonable royalty fees (5% plus VAT) of commission income. There are no other ongoing fees and the franchise period is unlimited. Under one “umbrella” a Franchise can operate a real estate sales, rentals, property management, business broking and mortgage bond origination agency A 24-hour support system is in place. |
