faver8 offers the property (Estate Agents) and auto-sale (Dealerships) markets with innovative advertising solutions. These are video clips (ranging from 1 minute to 5 minutes plus in length) displaying property and vehicles in more detail than traditional means do. These are then uploaded onto our web-based virtual portal. The motherbrand markets the virtual portal nationally via both above- & below the line advertisng to the LSM 6-10. The consumers in turn access the video-clips on the portal via our call centre and website.

By calling our call centre, the consumer provides the tele-agent with their name, postal address & preffered content i.e. Properties in Gauteng or Vehicles priced R200 - R500 000. these are then sent to them for FREE on DVD to view in the comfort of their homes.

By logging on to the website, the consumer browses through the webpages and upon finding their preffered content i.e. Properties in Gauteng or Vehicles priced R200 - R500 000, they request an e-mail to be sent of a video-clip of the selected item.

How do I make money?
A franchisee makes money through the commission earned on advertising solutions sold to their client-base (25%)

Let’s illustrate this: A franchisee has 5 Estate Agents and 5 Auto dealers on his/her client-base. The advertisers book 5 “1 minute clips” each per week. (priced at R 400.00 per clip)
