| www.computers4u is a one-stop franchised computer and electronic store, with value added services such as a @tlantic ISP (internet service provider) and Vox Telecom dealer, offering over 8000 different IT and electronic goods that can be sources from already established network of suppliers. We offer a full turn-key operation where we assist you every step along the way to establish and cultivate your new business. Once a site has been selected, our initial and ongoing support covers build out, point of sale, inventory, complete operational training and opening preparations. Our training team excels with enthusiasm and you will appreciate their experience in the retail industry. Your training will include an overview of the business, marketing and advertising, store operations, merchandising, customer service and management techniques, together with inventory, cost accounting and general business procedures. Your initial training will help you become proficient in all phases of operating and running the store. The importance of proper training cannot be over emphasized and is essential to your success. Training is done on the job as to ensure as little disruption to franchisees business but at the same time assisting in any questions or issues that need to be handled. www.computers4.co.za was launched in April 2005 by Ronnie Fouche. I still believe on hands on approach, I have been in the industry for over 15 years and carry a wealth in experience both in it and in business. The past 3 years was spent developing the main online store and building the network of suppliers to ensure availability of products what ever the requirements is, we have had numerous projects over the past year ranging from small to large R500 000.00 projects. |

| Minimum Investment | |||||||||||
The major starting cost of R150.000.00 (S.A.) or $25 000.00 US (Int.) will only be invoiced once a letter of intent, a site and a final agreement is achieved with the applicant. We once again have to highlight that the majority costs are site and size of site dependant. Only once the business is up and running a monthly royalty of 3 per centum on gross and total turnover ex vat will be levied for payment by the 7th of each month. |

| Training | |||||||||||
This will be determined by the applicant and depends on his/her background; supplementary training with associated suppliers is also arranged in S.A. to prohibit costs and will last for a total period of one week. Training includes product knowledge, and how the business model works. Further training can also be arranged on how to do 3g, IBurst and Vox instillations. |
